Recently, our technical team traveled to Bucharest, Romania, to complete the installation and commissioning of a fully automatic plastic bottle baling line for a local renewable resource enterprise.
With the rapid development of the local plastic recycling industry, the customer’s existing equipment had a low degree of automation and insufficient capacity, making it difficult handle the growing number of recycling orders. The integrated baling equipment delivered this time integrates multiple functions such as bottle crushing, impurity removal, and compression. During the installation, engineers the entire line connection, circuit debugging, and linkage testing, optimizing the operational matching of each process to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. At the closing stage of the project we provided full English technical training and opened a remote after-sales channel to respond to equipment usage issues at any time.
After the equipment was officially put into production, the daily plastic processing capacity exceeded 15 tons, and automated operations reduced labor costs by 70%.
