Following the plastic bottle baler project, our company has further expanded its presence in the Indonesian market. Our technical team traveled to Java Island and successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a straw baler.
Java Island has a highly developed palm and rice cultivation industry, producing a large amount of palm and rice straw annually. These agricultural by-products, when left piled up randomly, not only occupy space but are also highly prone to decay and spoilage. To achieve efficient resource utilization, the customer purchased our multi-functional straw baler. Addressing the characteristics of local straw—long fibers and strong toughness—our engineers reinforced the cutting tools and compression chamber structure during the installation process. After completing the overall machine commissioning, they provided detailed explanations on daily equipment maintenance and the replacement of wear parts, ensuring the customer’s team could operate the machine independently.
The equipment operates stably, completing 2 tons of straw baling per hour, and the finished bales do not easily fall apart. The previously discarded straw, after being baled, can be sold externally as livestock feed and biomass fuel, effectively increasing the comprehensive income of the cultivation base. This cooperation once again proves that our equipment can fully adapt to the production needs of the agricultural by-product industry in Southeast Asia.
