The PLC control system accurately adjusts compression pressure, stroke and pressure holding time at the millisecond level. It automatically increases and stabilizes pressure for hard corrugated cartons and reduces pressure for thin soft paper to prevent overflow, ensuring uniform, regular and compact density of each batch of bales.
The Full Automatic Waste Paper Balers cavity is built with an anti-clogging diversion structure, which can effectively avoid adhesion and blockage of damp waste paper and coated broken paper. It automatically reverses to clear blockages without shutdown and manual cleaning. It can adapt to various waste paper raw materials with moisture content of 8%-18% without drying pretreatment, greatly simplifying production procedures. The system presets multiple material parameter modes with one-click switching and simple operation.
