For this project in Pakistan, an NKB280 baler was procured to process rice straw and shredded forage. Our technical team traveled to the site to oversee the installation and commissioning of the machine.
Given that rice straw has a relatively soft texture and shredded forage is highly prone to bridging—which can cause blockages—the NKB280 baler features an optimized feed structure and compression channel. This ensures smooth, clog-free feeding. Once compressed, the material is automatically bagged, effectively sealing out moisture and preventing the rice straw or shredded forage from molding or spoiling.
The NKB280 baler offers excellent versatility, allowing for seamless switching between different materials to meet the baling requirements for both rice straw and shredded hay. Our engineers adjusted the machine’s operating parameters based on the specific characteristics of the local raw materials, successfully completed trial production, and provided training to the client’s staff on daily operation and maintenance. The NKB280 baler is well-suited for forage processing plants and biomass recovery facilities, providing a single-unit solution for a variety of baling needs.
